Time Change - Estech Voice Works (this is a Tan colored wall mount unit):

The system clock will maintain correct time even during power outages. The system date is pre-set and requires no changing.

• Call into VoiceWorks and enter programming by dialing the administrator’s password "ÞÞ456#"
• At the "Enter function" prompt, input 320#
• The current time programmed into the system will be played. 
• Enter the new time in 12 hour format followed by the # key (Three or four digits must be entered XXX#.

  Example: 812# = 8:12

• At the "AM or PM" prompt, input "1#" for AM or "2#" for PM
• At the "Enter function" prompt, input  "111#" to exit programming and disconnect.

Time Change - Estech Voice Works¹⁶ (this is a Black colored wall mount unit):

VoiceWorks¹⁶ does not automatically update for regions which observe Daylight Savings Time.  However, leap days (quadrennial February 29th) are handled automatically.

• Call into the VoiceWorks system.  During the automated attendant greeting and, enter programming by dialing the administrator’s password "ÞÞ456#"
• At the initial prompt, press 1 to select "System Parameter Programming".
• The next level of prompts should indicate "Press 6 to Set Time and Date".   Some software versions incorrectly state "Press 7 to Set Time and Date".   Be sure to press 6 rather than 7.
• VoiceWorks¹⁶ will announce the current time programmed.
• To confirm the current time without changing it, press "#", otherwise enter a new time in 12 hour format followed by the # key (Three or four digits must be entered XXX#.

Example: 812# = 8:12

• Enter "1#" for AM or "2#" for PM
• Voice Works¹⁶ will announce the newly programmed time.
• Confirm this time by pressing " #".
• VoiceWorks¹⁶ will then announce the current date programmed.
• To confirm the current date without changing it, press "#", otherwise enter the new date as follows

  • Enter the day of the month and press "#"

  • Enter the month and press "#"

  • Enter the year, in a 4-digit format (example: 2000) and press "#"
