FROM ANY TELEPHONE PRESS MENU (OR F1) KEY

PRES PARK3 KEY (FAR RIGHT SOFT KEY)

ENTER PASSWORD ***#

PRESS 1 FOR SYSTEM FUNCTION PROGRAMMING

PRESS 4 TO SET TIME

ENTER TIME IN TWELVE HOUR FORMAT, PRESS #

PRESS PARK3 KEY TO INDICATE AM OR PM, PRESS # KEY TO CONFIRM

PRESS H/F KEY (OR REPLACE RECEIVER) TO HANG UP

If not already in the System Programming screen, from the Main Menu press the B key

1. Press the T key

2. Enter the time in 24-hour clock format

3. Press the RETURN key

4. Press the RETURN key a second time

5. Enter the date in month-day-year format

6. Press the RETURN key

1. From the Main Operator Screen
      - Press [CRTL] [P]
      - Press [ESC] key
2. Screen will say "Enter Password" to go to main menu
   If you know the PASS WORD enter it now or
   Please, try: "PASSWORD or "P"
3. Press [B] for system programming
4. Press [T] cursor will move to Time section type in HHMM military time and hit [RETURN] or [ENTER]   type in date (even if correct) and hit [RETURN] or [ENTER]
5. Press [ESC] key - screen will be back at main menu.
6. Press [E] to return to main operator screen.

• While on hook, press the Program button

• Press the Down Scroll button until System Programming is displayed

• Select System Programming

• You will be prompted to enter a password.  Enter 1 1 1 1 #

• Select System

• Select Time and Date

• Enter the time in 24 hour format

• Enter the date in MMDDYY format

• Press Confirm or press the Speaker button to end.
