You must first enable the User Programming form any telephone with the following steps:

1. Press [#] [0] [4]
2. Press [4] [3] [2] [1] [1]
3. Press [#]

To set the time/date:

1. Press [#] [5] [5]
2. "YY MM DD W HH MM" will be displayed
3. Dial in the new data using the following list
4. Press [#]

• YY=last two digits of the year
• MM=month of the year
• DD=day of the month
• W=weekday
• 0=Sunday
• 1=Monday
• 2=Tuesday
• 3=Wednesday
• 4=Thursday
• 5=Friday
• 6=Saturday
• HH=hour (24-hour clock/military time)
• MM=minutes
