1) All time changes must be made from extension 301.

2) With the phone hung up press CALL 1

3) Dial 828

4) Dial the Password (Normally 0000).

5) Dial two digits for the year (e.g., 97)

6) Dial two digits for the month (01 - 12).

7) Dial two digits for the day (01-31).

8) Dial the day of the week (0-6, 0 = Sunday, 6 = Saturday).

9) Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour clock, 13:00 = 1:00pm).

10) Dial two digits for the minutes (00-60).

11) Press SPK to hang up.

 

 Nitsuko DS01

1) All time changes must be made from extension 300.

2) With the phone hung up press the PGM key.

3) Dial TD(83)

4) Month = XX will appear on your display.

5) You can change the entry if it is incorrect by simply dialing the correct numbers.

6) If the entry is correct you can simply press the PGM key to pass the the next setting.

7) Dial two digits for the month (01 - 12). Press PGM key.

8 ) Dial two digits for the day (01 -31). Press PGM key.

9) Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour clock, 13:00 = 1:00pm). Press PGM key.

10) Dial two digits for the minutes (00-60). Press PGM key.

11) Press SAVE key twice to exit programming.

12) All of the clocks on the display phones will be updated once you exit programming.

 

NITSUKO DXE

Use a Display Phone

  1. Press CL1 Key
  2. Dial 828 & P (Where P is system password - 0000)
  3. Dial two digits for Year e.g. 00
  4. Dial two digits for Month (01-12)
  5. Dial two digits for Day (01-31)
  6. Dial day of the week (0-6 , 0 = Sunday , 1 = Mon , 6 = Fri)
  7. Dial two digits for the hour (00 - 23)
  8. Dial two digits for the minute (00 - 59)
  9. Press SPK key to hang up

 

NVM

1) The time and date changes must be made from extension 301.

2) Press the VM key and enter the Voicemail box at extension 301.

3) Enter your security code if necessary.

4) Once in your mail box press SA for the System Administrator Menu.

5) Press TI to hear the current time, and date.

6) To change the time type in a two digit number for the hours, and a two digit number for the minutes followed by an A for AM or a P for PM.

7) The Voicemail will then tell you what you have entered and ask if it is correct.

8) Press C if it is correct and the system clock will be adjusted accordingly.

9) Press the pound key (#) several times to exit out of the System Administrator Menu and then press XX to exit out of the Voicemail
