Enter from the time set station (usually 20)

Remember, this is just an example, use the actual date and time!
Press “SPKR”
Press the # key
Press the “time” button
Dial date 18 (2-digit date)
Dial month 01 (2-digit month)
Dial military time 1400
Press “TIME”

Large Expanded Display

Press (PROGRAM)

Press (TIME)

Dial correct time using HHMM 24 hour format 

Dial correct date using DDMMYY 

Press (SAVE)

 

Small Display

Press Feat 82
Then dial all in succession
Dial military time 1400
Dial day 18
Dial month 01
Dial year 02 
Press spd/pgm” to save changes 

Avanti Attendant Console or Model 3025 Graphical Telephone

1) Leave the handset on-hook.

2) Press the PROGRAMMING icon

3) Press the CLOCK icon

4) Enter the time in the 24 hour clock format of HHMM. Use a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

5) Enter the date in the format DDMMYY using a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

6) Press SAVE icon to save the settings.

Note: All 10 digits for the time and date must be entered. You can not skip any steps. To abort the time and date setting process press SPKR at any point before pressing SAVE.

Avanti Model 3020F or 3020H Display telephones

1) Leave the handset on-hook.

2) Press the FEATURE button.

3) Press the PROGRAM soft key.

4) Press TIME soft key.

5) Enter the time in the 24 hour clock format of HHMM. Use a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

6) Enter the date in the format DDMMYY using a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

7) Press SAVE soft key to save the settings.

Avanti Model 3015DF or 3015DH Display telephones

1) Leave the handset on-hook.

2) Press the FEATURE button.

3) Press the PROG soft key.

4) Press TIME soft key.

6) Enter the date in the format DDMMYY using a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

7) Press SAVE soft key to save the settings.

1) Leave the handset on-hook.

3) Press the SPEED DIAL/PROGRAM button.

4) Press FEAT and dial 82.

5) Enter the time in the 24 hour clock format of HHMM. Use a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

6) Enter the date in the format DDMMYY using a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

7) Hang up to save the settings.

From an Executive Telephone with Expanded Display (EX2):

1) Leave the handset on-hook.

2) Press PROGRAM

3) Press TIME.

4) Enter the time in the 24 hour clock format of HHMM. Use a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

5) Enter the date in the format DDMMYY using a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

6) Press SAVE to save the settings.

From an Executive Telephone with Standard Display (EX1):

1) Leave the handset on-hook.

2) Press the FEAT and dial 82

3) Enter the time in the 24 hour clock format of HHMM. Use a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

4) Enter the date in the format DDMMYY using a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

5) Press SPD/PROG to save the settings.

From an Digital Telephone with or without Display (SD2, SD1, BA2, BA1

1) Leave the handset on-hook.

2) Press the FEAT button.

3) Press the SPD/PROG button.

4) Press FEAT and dial 82.

5) Enter the time in the 24 hour clock format of HHMM. Use a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

6) Enter the date in the format DDMMYY using a leading 0 for single digit numbers.

7) Press SPD/PROG to save the settings.

What about the voice mail?
If the voice mail date is still wrong, go to the voice mail computer and press
"F10" to exit the voice mail program. At the cd\ prompt type "time". Follow the
existing format that is on the display and enter the new time. Press enter. When complete, make sure you type vm at the c:\ prompt, then press enter to bring the voice mail program back on at the Main Applications Menu which is where it should be.
