Vodavi Digital Systems... including Mach I, Starplus Digital, DVX, XTS, and STS.

Please Note! The Time and date are to be set from the first attendant station. (The default for this station is extension 100).  

  1. Dial 692 on the dial pad
  2. Enter Time and Date in the following format: YY MM DD HH MM
    YY= Year (01)
    MM= Month (01-12)
    DD= Day (01-31)
    HH= Hour (00-23)
    MM= Minute (00-59)
  3. When the correct number of digits are entered, confirmation tone will be heard.
  4. Press the ON/OFF button to OFF to update the display.

Performing this operation will adjust the time setting on all display phones.

 

Vodavi DHS

From any display telephone enter Attendant Administration. Press:

FEAT # 0

The display will then prompt you for the password (Chk Pswd:). The default password is 0000. Dial:

0000

Press the top soft key that corresponds to save.

save

The display will then prompt you to select the function you desire. Press the top soft key that corresponds to time.

time

The display should read SYSTEM TIME.

show

The display will display the current programmed year. To change the year press the soft key that corresponds to chg otherwise hit next.

next

The display will display the current programmed month. To change the month press the soft key that corresponds to chg otherwise hit next.

next

The display will display the current programmed day. To change the day press the soft key that corresponds to chg otherwise hit next.

next

The display will display the current programmed weekday. To change the weekday press the soft key that corresponds to chg otherwise hit next.

The display will then display the current programmed hour. To change the hour press the soft key that corresponds to chg otherwise hit next.

chg

Dial the current hour in military/24-Hour time. (Ex: 3PM = 15, 3AM = 03)

xx (where xx = current hour 00-23)

save

The display will display the current programmed minute. To change the minute press the soft key that corresponds to chg otherwise hit next.

The display should now read SYSTEM TIME. You have now successfully completed the time change. Press the CLEAR button to return to normal telephone functions.

CLEAR

Vodavi Starplus Systems... including Starplus 616, 1224, 2448, and 96EX Systems.

  2. Dial 76 on the dial pad
  3. Enter time and date as follows: YY MM DD HH MM
    YY= Year (01)
    MM= Month (01-12)
    DD= Day (01-31)
    HH= Hour (00-23)
    MM= Minute (00-59)
  4. Press HOLD

 

Starplus 308EX, 616FLEX and 1224EX

From the programmed Attendant Station (station 10 by default), do the following:

1. Press the Speed button.
2. Dial the asterisk (*).
3. Dial 50 on the keypad. (The display will read "System Speed Bin 50")
4. Dial year, month, day (in double digits) and hours and minutes in military time (2400 hours).
5. Press hold. Confirmation tone will be heard and Display will update to the idle position with the correct time and date.
6. Press the on/off button to turn the set off.

 

Vodavi Talkpath Voicemail

  1. First access or enter your voice mailbox
  2. Dial 7 to enter Administrative Options
  3. Enter the administrator password 2275 is the default password for administrator access
  4. Dial 8 - System Administration
  5. Dial 4 - Set Time / Date, system then plays current system date and time
  6. Enter the two-digit month, 01 through 12Press * to go back or # to cancel
    Type in the two-digit month. (01=January, 02=February, 03=March, etc.)
    If you press # the system will re-ask for the month
    If you press * the system will send you to the Setup Lines menu
  7. Please enter the two-digit day, 01 through 31.  Press * to go back or # to cancel
    Type in the two-digit day
    If you press # the system will re-ask for the month
    If you press * the system will send you to the Setup Lines menu.
  8. Please enter the four-digit year.   Press * to go back or # to cancel
    Enter the four digit year
    If you press # the system will re-ask for the day
    If you press * the system will send you to the Setup Lines menu.
  9. Please enter the two-digit hour, 00 through 23.   Press # to go back or * to cancel
    Enter the time in a 24 hour clock format (13=1:00pm)
    If you press # the system will re-ask for the year
    If you press * the system will send you to the Setup Lines menu.
  10. Please enter the two-digit minute, 00 through 59.   Press * to go back or # to cancel". 13) Enter the minute of the hour. If you press # the system will re-ask for the hour. If you press * the system will send you to the Setup Lines menu.
  11. Press # to confirm or * to cancel.
    The system will now tell you the new date and time set and ask you to confirm what you have entered. If you press # the system's date and time will be saved and the system will reset itself.  If you press * then the system will send you to the Setup Lines menu.
